At Bad Boy Fitness, we pay careful attention and detail to the five major components of fitness: nutrition, weight training, cardiovascular training, stretching/flexibility training and core conditioning/balance training. Unlike many personal trainers that only focus on one of these major aspects, Brian works the body as a whole unit, as it was designed to do, to better handle everyday life and not just improve appearance. Our goal is to do this as efficiently and effectively as possible.
