The Bad Boy Fitness Philosophy

At Bad Boy Fitness, we pay careful attention and detail to the five major components of fitness: nutrition, weight training, cardiovascular training, stretching/flexibility training and core conditioning/balance training. Unlike many personal trainers that only focus on one of these major aspects, Brian works the body as a whole unit, as it was designed to do, to better handle everyday life and not just improve appearance. Our goal is to do this as efficiently and effectively as possible.


Weight Training:

  • learn to train for your specific body shape
  • learn how to significantly increase, and maintain your metabolism even while at rest and asleep

  • learn the proper technique and body alignment to target the specific muscle of each exercise properly and safely
